Lemon & Garlic Butter Australian Barramundi

Ingredients

  • 2 Australian barramundi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Method

  1. Mix butter, garlic, thyme and lemon juice together. 
  2. Pour butter mix over barramundi in oven proof dish
  3. Cook in over at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cooked through 
  4. Serve with rice, quinoa or any side salad
