Ingredients
- 2 Australian barramundi fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Method
- Mix butter, garlic, thyme and lemon juice together.
- Pour butter mix over barramundi in oven proof dish
- Cook in over at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cooked through
- Serve with rice, quinoa or any side salad
