Ingredients
Glaze:
- 150g butter
- ½ cup honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Sauce:
- 1½ cups sour cream
- ½ cup dill
- 1½ tbsp lemon zest
Finish:
- Cranberries
- Almonds, chopped
- Parsley, roughly chopped
- Pomegranate
- Lemon juice
Method
- Top with cranberries, almonds, parsley, pomegranate and lemon juice
- Mix together the butter, honey and garlic, pour over barramundi fillets
- Mix together sour cream, dill and lemon zest, spread over the barramundi fillets
- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through
