Our Baby Barramundi are carefully raised in pristine, spring-water conditions at our Wyndham farm in Victoria, delivering a clean, fresh taste and beautiful white flakes every time. These smaller fillets cook quickly and evenly—perfect for crispy-skin pan-frying, oven-baking, or the grill.

How to cook (pan-fry, foolproof)

  1. Pat skin dry, salt lightly.

  2. Pan on medium-high; add a little oil.

  3. Skin-side down 80% of the time until the skin is crisp and flesh is almost opaque.

  4. Flip for 30–60 seconds to finish. Rest 1–2 minutes.

  5. Serve with lemon and herbs.

  • Best consumed within 3 days of delivery.

  • Suitable for home freezing: freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight.
