Infinity Blue Barramundi Supports Starlight Australia’s 5 Chefs Dinner Donation Night

We are delighted to announce our recent involvement with the Starlight Australia Foundation’s prestigious 5 Chefs Dinner Donation night event. This event, which brings together some of the country’s finest culinary talents, is dedicated to raising funds for the Foundation’s vital work in brightening the lives of seriously ill children and their families.

For this special occasion, we donated our premium Daintree barramundi, renowned for its exceptional taste and quality. This donation was used by the talented chefs to create mouth-watering dishes that delighted the event’s guests, showcasing the versatility and superior flavour of our barramundi. We are honoured to have played a part in this memorable evening, helping to raise funds that will directly contribute to Starlight Australia’s programmes, including their in-hospital entertainment services and wish-granting initiatives.

We would like to thank the Starlight Australia Foundation for the opportunity to be involved in such a meaningful event. It is our hope that our contribution will help the Foundation continue their incredible work, bringing smiles and joy to children and their families across Australia.
