Sustainability Stories – Good Fish approved Fish & Chip shops: Cerberus Beach House

June 18, 2024

Infinity Blue has been actively involved with the Good Fish project, a sustainability initiative by the Australian Marine Conservation Society. This project aims to educate the community about their seafood choices. Good Fish runs a Restaurant Guide that lists venues around the country committed to removing unsustainable seafood from their menus. Cerberus Beach House fish & chip shop is one such venue, dedicated to offering sustainable options. Our Wyndham baby barramundi is featured on their menu, reflecting their commitment to locally and responsibly sourced fish.

Situated in a picturesque beachside setting, Cerberus Beach House is dedicated to responsible sourcing and environmental stewardship. Their commitment to premium ingredients aligns perfectly with Infinity Blue Barramundi’s ethos of providing top-tier, sustainably farmed barramundi. Chef Lachlan Williams has graciously shared his journey with us, discussing his efforts to make the restaurant and fish & chip shop’s menu more sustainable and our ongoing partnership.

We are dedicated to responsible stewardship of natural resources and continuously collaborate with organizations like Good Fish to enhance and align our sustainable operations with the broader market.

We take pride in partnering with GoodFish: Australia’s Sustainable Seafood Guide, as they advocate and emphasize sustainable aquaculture practices across Australia. Watch our video with Good Fish, where we showcase our sustainability credentials and discuss the significance of sustainability for the future of protein production.
