SHIO KOJI CURED BARRAMUNDI WITH PICKED VEGETABLES, WHIPPED FETTA & COLD PRESSED GREENS VINAIGRETTE

This traditional Japanese marinade is perfectly paired with the amazingly clean and crisp Etty Bay Barramundi to create a light and fresh dish that is full of flavour.
