Plate Range Trade Promotion – Terms & Conditions (Australia)

1. Promoter

Infinity Blue Barramundi 62 606 771 055 of 73-79 Lock Ave, Werribee, Victoria.

2. Offer overview
2.1 This is a trade promotion open to eligible business customers only (see Clause 4).
2.2 The promotion aims to drive sales across the Plate Range (all profiles) with a featured offer on the 1.1–1.5 kg profile.

3. Promotional Period
3.1 Starts 1 November 2025 and ends 13 December 2025 (inclusive), Australia/Melbourne time.
3.2 Orders must be delivered and invoiced within the Promotional Period to qualify.

4. Eligibility
4.1 Open to Australian business customers purchasing for resale or catering (ABN required).
4.2 Excluded: QLD and/or Daintree barramundi volumes and any non-trade/consumer purchases.

5. Eligible Products
5.1 Plate Range (all profiles).
5.2 Featured item: 1.1–1.5 kg profile.

6. Featured Price & Rebate (1.1–1.5 kg profile)
6.1 Invoice price: AUD $12.00 per kg (ex GST).
6.2 Rebate: AUD $0.50 per kg on qualifying 1.1–1.5 kg volumes.
6.3 Effective net price after rebate: AUD $11.50 per kg (ex GST).
6.4 The above rebate is processed under Clause 10 (Rebate calculation & payment).
6.5 Availability: Additional stock is anticipated for 1–14 November 2025, supplied while stocks last. The Promoter may allocate volumes at its discretion.

7. Tiered Incremental Volume Rebate (Plate Range – all profiles)
7.1 A separate, incremental rebate applies based on the customer’s percentage increase in Plate Range volume over baseline during the Promotional Period.
7.2 Baseline: 10 cartons per fortnight (customer baseline for this programme). If the Promoter’s records indicate a different baseline, the Promoter may confirm an alternative baseline in writing before accruals commence.
7.3 Rebate tiers (applied per kg to incremental volume only):

• +20% incremental volume: AUD $0.20 per kg

• +30% incremental volume: AUD $0.30 per kg

• +40% incremental volume: AUD $0.40 per kg

• +50% incremental volume: AUD $0.50 per kg
  7.4 “Incremental volume” means qualifying kilograms purchased above the agreed baseline during the Promotional Period.
  7.5 “Cartons” are referenced for baseline, measurement for rebates is in kilograms; carton references are indicative only.

8. Stacking of incentives
8.1 The 1.1–1.5 kg profile rebate (Clause 6) applies to its qualifying volumes.
8.2 The tiered incremental rebate (Clause 7) applies only to incremental kilograms above baseline across the Plate Range.
8.3 Unless expressly stated by the Promoter in writing, no other discounts, rebates, or promotional offers may be combined.

9. Orders, supply & adjustments
9.1 All supply is subject to availability, Promoter’s standard trading terms, and credit approval.
9.2 Returns, cancelled orders, short-picks, or credits reduce qualifying volumes accordingly.
9.3 Overdue accounts or breaches of trading terms may render a participant ineligible at the Promoter’s discretion.
9.4 The Promoter may verify volumes using sales and logistics records; participants must reasonably cooperate with verification.

10. Rebate calculation & payment
10.1 Calculation:

• Clause 6 rebate applies to all qualifying 1.1–1.5 kg purchases within the Promotional Period.

• Clause 7 tiered rebate applies to incremental kilograms only above the agreed baseline across the Plate Range.
  10.2 Payment method: At the Promoter’s option, either:
  (a) Direct credit / credit note to the participant’s trading account, or
  (b) Product credit converted into Plate Range kilograms valued at AUD $12.00 per kg (ex GST).
  10.3 Timing: Rebates are processed at the end of the Promotional Period once all invoices, returns, and credits are finalised.
  10.4 GST: All prices and rebates are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

11. Tracking & reporting
11.1 Participating businesses will provide a weekly email, text or online report to the Promoter.
11.2 Promoter will provide Weekly Progress Reports. Reports are for guidance only; final calculation occurs under Clause 10 once the Promotional Period closes.

12. Participation
12.1 Participation requires opt-in confirmation to the Promoter in writing (text, email) or online prior to accrual of any rebate.
12.2 By opting in, the participant accepts these Terms & Conditions.

13. Privacy & data
13.1 Sales and contact data will be used to administer the promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable law.

14. General
14.1 The Promoter may amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion (prospectively) where necessary due to supply, systems, or regulatory reasons, acting reasonably.
14.2 The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility, calculations, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions are final.
14.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.
14.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and solely for the purposes of conducting this promotion.
